i've got 3 different body fat % calculators that i'm attempting to use to track my progress (down to 303# with only diet and house chores/biking from 335+ (scale didn't go that high) back in march)
my wife pointed out that one arm looked larger then the other... measured and she's quite right
should I be measuring things like legs and arms on my dominant side? or both and average them?
just wondering :)
