I love Nitrean, and Results look interesting.

Would you mind showing someone who works out regularly what AtLarge supplements you recommend and when to take them? If you would, please show this for both males (mass gain and weight loss) and females (definition and weight loss).

Males & Females:
Mass - The products in the Maximum Mass Stack with RESULTS. Ifyou get the stack you will get a guide which tells you when to take them and each product has a recommendation on the label which can be found by clicking on the "supplement facts" link on their respective pages on AtLarge.

Loss - The Fat Loss Stack with the above text about when to take them.


I truly believe men and women should train the same and supplement the same for a respective goal. Caloric intake should obviously vary, but the balance really should be the same. This has been proven out to me by some of the top female athletes in the world.

If your budget was really tight then I would recommend the following:

Mass - RESULTS
Loss - Thermocin

RESULTS alone will do wonders for your size and strength. Thermocin is an excellent and very reasonably priced thermogenic.
