I was wondering what are some of the best Multi-Vitamins you could buy?

Also what are the best brands of Omega-3 supplements?

I wanted to start taking both and was wondering what the best brands are so I know I am getting a quality product. I read through some posts here but I am still not sure....

I've been doing some research because I'm looking to make a change to my daily multi-vita. Based on what I've found thus far NOW's - ADAM and Universal's - Animal Pak seem to be what I'm looking for.

However, I've never used either of these products. I will probably go with the Now product based on the price.

I liked the Now - Adam. It was a pretty good vitamin, but you take it twice a day so a bottle doesn't last quite as long. But the price is reasonable.

Lately I've been taking the AST 32x it's #17 on BB.coms top 50 products plus it's 1 pill a day which is even a better value than the NOW.

I did not notice any performance differences between the two, so I just go with the AST product for value.

As far as omega3s. I've gotten the Olympian Labs fish oil, ON fish oil, NOW Cod liver oil and Natrol Flax seed oil.

I just search bb.com for its top sellers in the department and go with them.

one daily @ vitaminshoppe seems like a decent vitamin for great price.

With fish oil, take a look at the potency (aka DHA and EPA ratio to 1g fish oil or whatever size the capsule is).

Probably the best two are:

Biotest Flameout (if you've got the cash)
or
Now Super EPA (best I've found for the price)

Universal Animal Paks for a multi as long as you can tolerate taking a handful of horse pills and you don't get scared when it turns your urine dayglo orange for half the day :D
