I did search to see if someone had made a similar thread, and was shocked to see someone hasn't. Maybe they do not want to share their tips.
So let me start. I realize certain stores (Food Lion) are up north and other stores (Albertsons) are down south. At least that is what I recall from when I was 2-17 years old.
Albertsons:
Jerky 10 for $10
CVS:
Traditionally has always been the best place to get high quality milk at a good price (the one in the yellow containers). I shudder to think what it costs now for a gallon, but this is probably the first place to go.
1 can of albacore (white solid) tuna for $0.66/can
12 packs of soda (cans) for $3.33 (it was 5 for $10 a week or so ago)
This is all that comes to mind more. I plan on updating this weekly or biweekly and hope others join and we can share this information.
