Can you cycle between Mono and CEE or is it best to get off completely for a couple weeks? no overlap?

I just use mono... all the time. Many people don't cycle, some do, matter of preference, I suppose. I've heard bad things about CEE, though.

Just use mono. No need to cycle. You can do so if you feel the need but nothing beneficial about it if you are taking the recommended amount.
