1. I normally eat like 3 eggs and two peices of ww toast when I have eggs for breakfast. Would it be better to eat like 3 egg whites and one full egg instead?
2. If I eat kashi cereal with soy milk or rice milk should I be adding protein to this or is there enough protein in the kashi cereal?
3. Are kashi cereal bars good for a meal replacement?
Sorry for the newbish questions... just a few things I couldn't figure out searching on my own.
BTW: I am trying to eat according to body for life but am having a hard time finding foods like I don't hate and not having it cost a ton of money and take tons of time.
