Looking for some advise:
I plan on taking creatine for the first time and have read that caffeine can cancel the effects of creatine. It seems alot of the studies mixed the creatine with coffee or time, which I do not plan on doing. I start every day with a cup of coffee @5am and workout around 6:30pm (I plan on taking the ceratine post w/o). After reading all these studies saying any caffeine intake will effect creatine results so I'm wondering if the coffee will hurt my results. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't worry about it. Unless you're drinking 50 cups of coffee a day, the impact is negligable. One of the first studies done on creatine was with tea.

Personally, some of the best gains I've experienced was when I was drinking a 16oz Starbucks with 5gr creatine mono every single morning.

I always have coffee in the morning, and I saw great results having coffee and creatine

Same here. Never had a problem with creatine and coffee.
