I've been reading all that I can and have decided too pick up some Whey, Glutamine, Creatine and maybe a Multivitamin today. Currently I'm 6'2 and approx 160 pounds and about 0% of that is muscle :p So I think these are good choices at this time. The problem is I have no idea which brands are good/bad, thus the reason why I post! To get your opinions :) Cost is a bit of a factor, but not huge one. So hit me with your knowledge!

ps. about the Multivitamin, is it worth the cost if cash is an issue?

I picked up a big jug of Whey, a 250ct Multivitamin (Centrum), and a 250ct Glucosamine pill for about $40. That was at Costco. YMMV. :tucool:

Very Nice! Will stop by there later today and pick some up.. problem is I dunno which brand to choose :confused: Anyone able too shed some light? Or is it all the basically the same with a different taste/price tag.

GNC have some of the worst prices in the nation, almost without exception, and I'm pretty current on all their prices too. Buy online, deifinately.
