After my compound exercises, I like to get a few isolations in. I noticed some size on the short head to the bicep. Is there a certain curl or hand position that will work the long head to get some size on it?

Hammer, EZ-curl type position, and fully supinated.... What I have always heard is that hammer will work on overall girth and size while full supination will do more for bicep peak. Ez-Curl bar....I honestly don't know of advantages.... |
