I'm sure someone else out there has tried either soy chips or some kind of vegetable chip. I was just wondering if anyone knew how they are as far as trying to eat clean goes. I've heard things like eating regular hard pretzels is basically just like eating sugar because of all the refined ingridients, but are things like this any better? I would assume that replacing a 120 calorie side of pretzels with a 140 calorie serving of soy chips would be better, but by how much? Is there even any difference? The nutritional information I'm posting are from Glenny's Soy Chips, I usually get those... Any thoughts?
