My dad is turning 61 this summer, is the oldest living male in our family that we know of, has some cholesterol issues otherwise is quite active and fit. What would be some supplements or items I could get for him? I got him flax seeds last year he been using them for breakfast. My stepmother has fish oil pills down. Just curious if there is something I am missing.
