Does anyone use it? Would you recommend using it?

I am trying to season meats, but without a lot of sodium (Salt).

Yes, Mrs. Dash makes a couple of decent seasonings. But, hard to get past the lack of salt for me ;)

Mrs. Dash is pretty good, and a lot of folks use it as a substitute for salt. If you find a version that you like, I'd suggest buying the herbs and spices in the mix in bulk and making your own, because Mrs. Dash is kind of expensive for what amounts to basic dried herbs and spices packaged together.

Just tried the "table blend" on ground turkey breast. Came out pretty good.
