6'5" 246 was my start right at x-mas... I had been boozing a lot and eating a lot, came off a foot surgery and turned in to a lard ass. BF was OK at 16% but I wanted to be in shape again. Since I've come back - I've changed my routine and diet. No longer do I do 3 hour marathons at the gym (now I do 45 to 1 hour sprint workouts every day. I stopped drinking and have began to eat healthier. The results are coming.

Girlfriend whooing ability +25%
the only thing is I've noticed I can't lift as heavy as in the past... probably from lack of cals and protein. but I'm in a cutting mode now.
