I am 45 years old and have been working out solid for the past 2 years. Was athletic in my younger years...just didn't work out a lot. Currently, my right bicep is a full 1/2 in. bigger than my left (I am right handed). Any advice on what approach to take to even things out a bit?
My bicep routine usually consists of EZ Bar Curls, Dumbell Curls, and Hammer Curls. Other exercises that also affect the biceps that I do are Chins, Barbell Rows, Lat Pulldowns.

I'm in exactly the same boat, having worked out for three years. Left bi is still smaller. I think it's only noticeable to me though.

My left is also smaller than my right, and when I look in the mirror, it's hugely apparent to me. My right looks lovely. My left arm looks like some scrawny, T-rex thing dangling there. I'm sure no one else can tell the difference, but to me, the left arm doesn't even look like it belongs to me

I've been lifting for quite some time, and it's never evened out. The strength has, but not the size.

At this point, I just don't think about...except when I have my shirt off. I try to make sure no one stands on my left side ;)

Me too. When ever I have one of those moments while working out or whatever that makes me want to flex... I use my right arm, becuase my left arm makes me feel like a wimp. my left arm is just as strong though.

the only tips I have heard are use DB's and start with your left arm, maybe do some warm ups, but then do a few failure sets, and only do as many as you did with your left for your right. that way your left has to catch up. it will either take years for your left to catch up, or possibly never happen. I think after years of favoring one arm, the body's ability to retain and gain muscle in that arm is just far superior.
