Hey everybody! What are you doing for your digestive health. Are you eating any specialty foods, or are you taking supplements? If, you do either of these things, how well does it tie into your diet?

My mother in law swears by digestive enzymes. I'm not sure what brand name she takes. She have very bad acid reflux, but as soon as she started taking digestive enzymes, it went away and has not come back. If you have a whole food/high fiber diet you shouldn't necessarily have to supplement for digestive health. It all depends on the person. :tu: guava Thu, May 29th, 2008, 03:46 PM I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. livestronger Wed, June 4th, 2008, 04:42 PM Those all sound like the way to do it. The lemon water idea I haven't heard of before, but sounds interesting. I'm glad to hear that mostly everyone stays clear of the supplements, but instead eats whole foods. You guys should look into LiveActive foods. They make cereals that are amazing and are integrated with prebiotic fiber. Basically, its works with the good bacteria already in your body. You guys should check it out.
