Ive been doing Standing Barbell Calf Rasies but today i lost my balance and fell backwards and the Safety Pins caught the bar while i fell backwards on my ass like a idiot. Extremely Embarrassing and wow just wow words cant explain how dumb i feel right now. Now looking back on it the Standing Barbell Calf Raise is kinda scary cause your up on your toes and if u lose balance ur screwed unless you catch yourself.
Anyways I was wondering what are some other good isolating Calf Exercises? The Seated Calf Raise Machine doesnt seem to work that well cause it only feel likes one calf is being Worked.
OR tips on how to do the Standing Barbell Calf Raise would help to but my self of steam for today kinda got shot by that incident :lol:
