just a quick question regarding chest i maybe should have put topic in weight and strength but currently im cutting SGX style.
anyhow been weight training for a few years now and i can basically bench stuff all, I started deads and squats bout year or so ago and can do 220+ yet i have been stuck on 155 odd for soo long.
I know while cutting strength gains are minimal but is there any good exercises to get chest growing once i start bulking
i hate training chest and i can almost military press more.

Like Joe said, Bench, (try incline and decline) Dips (add weight with a dip belt), or Chest flies.

i like dips a lot. i find it works my chest better than any other single exercise. barbell or dumbell bench, i'd say go flat or incline or both. a good chest workout could be something like...
3 sets of 5 BB Bench
2 sets of 10 Dips
2 sets of 6 to 8 Inc DB Bench

The difference between your deadlifts and squats and your bench pressing doesn't seem out of line.
However, since you can military press almost as much as you can bench, your shoulders are probably dominating your bench press. If your goal is to increase chest mass, rather than the strength of your bench press, switch to dumbbells and drop back a bit on your bench, concentrating on form and using the chest as you press. Use volume rather than weight. Build back up slowly. Reduce the volume of or drop overhead pressing in the meantime.

How many reps can you get out of 155 lbs? Have you worked in different rep ranges with heavier loads since being stuck here?
I'm not necessarily buying the idea you need to bulk in order to see an increase in strength here.
If your bulk starts tomorrow, you can ignore most of this. :)

Thanks all
i can basically get 6-7 reps for 2 sets with a spotter and then will drop weight marginally to get a few more reps, alot of time i dont have spotter and will have to crank out the dumb bells.
