Ok so I got a tilt in my pelvis and I really want to get rid of it as it does affect most of my lower body exercises not to mention makng my butt and gut look huge!

I'm working on losing at least 18lb to take the strain off these muscles a bit. Lost 3.6lbs so far:nod:

At the moment I've changed my workout around so my ab exercises are focusing on reverse crunches and hanging leg raises to help develop my lower abs pull my pelvis forward. Normally put in a set of normal crunches at the end as well.

I've also changed my leg workout around now so I do

Straight Legged Deadlifts
Hamstring Curl

Leg Press
Squat

Trying to focus on exercises to develop the hamstrings and glutes.

I also do sets of deadlifts in with my back workout.

I'm not so sure about stretching or if there is anything else I should be doing.

Anyone have any advice?

In my experience people haven't had a chronic anterior pelvic tilt. Only during ab exercises after the onset of fatigue do people usually engage in an anterior pelvic tilt because of the mechanical advantage. I would suggest more ab exercises?

BTW, have you been to see a chiropractor or physician about this? Look up lordosis (google it) and get back to me.

There are several very good articles on t-nation.com on anterior pelvic tilt, lordosis, etc. I can't get to them at work, but you can find them searching the site. If you can't find them, I can post them later.
