Hey Everyone!

I finally took the time to write an article on my blog with honorable mention to everyone at this forum for helping me reach my fitness goals over the past two years!

"My journey from overweight unmotivated person to confident motivated go getter. My story of finding out what it takes to lose the weight and keep it off - from a regular/average guy bombarded with infomercials with six pack abs, models, magic diets, and self proclaimed "experts". Here's what it really takes...the answer may surprise you!"

Again, I want to thank John Stone and all the great people on this forum for taking the time to help everyone you do!

Justin

Wow! What an amazing transformation. Your story about knowing everyone at the pizza place hit a little close to home--except in my case it was the local Chinese buffet. :o

...

Okay, and Papa John's as well.

Mmm, Papa John's... :eat:

jkugelman: Thanks! Yeah it's scary when the food places see your number of call display and know "your usual". On the bright side I bet we both financed a student's education somewhere with all the extra income we brought in to the respected food establishments.

docutech: Now the hard part is staying motivated and keeping what I have! Thanks for the props!
