Needed:
Dips, chins, and a good hamstring exercise...

What is the difference between bench press and chest press?
Do you mean BB vs. DB?

Do you have a barbell? If so, do your squats and overhead presses with it...

Use Heavier weights. Use BB for curls, Bench press, squats, shoulder press and bent over row. Use Good form. Go slow on reps for pushups and abs. :bb:

Double the weight and add a bit. 100 lbs perhaps? Try and see. I can do about 30% more with a barbell.

Warm up and expect to increase to at least 70 lbs on bench. Usually you can use slightly more with a barbell than you can using two dumbbells. However, there's no reason you should have to be told what it is, as you'll need to find it anyways. You should never just guess a weight for your working sets for an exercise haven't you been performing and move directly to it. If you guessed wrong, you're going to be in trouble.

Are you lifting 6 days/week? Make sure you understand the difference between training progressively, and simply "working out".

At your level, I'd put increasing your limit strength ahead of increasing your tonage through volume/frequency. If you're only going up in weight once you hit 3x10 with a constant load, this is going to slow things down unnecessarily.

Drop the DB squat and learn how to barbell squat.
