I have some very strange food allergies, and notice that some things I find out as time goes on.
I have a skin condition that gets effected by these certain foods, so I try and stay away from them. Mostly Red meat...I have not eaten Red meat in over 2.5 years.
I noticed though, that as my condition did a complete turn around after I stopped eating red meat, there is something that still causes me to have some small issues...so I know that there is something hidden in my food that messes it up and won't let it clear 100%. I know that I still have an allergic reaction to something, but what that is I am still trying to find!!!!
So this brings me to my question....
If a person has a very small to mediocre sized allergy to certain foods, or consumable products including spices and or seasonings and still consumed it unknowingly...would weight loss slow down???
I know this sounds a bit strange, or maybe not at all...but my theory is that perhaps the body has a hard time breaking down this item, and can not digest it as well, which causes the weight loss to hinder itself.
Is this possible, or do I sound like a crazy person that just has become intoxicated by my allergen toxins
