i started liftin weights everyday about 3 weeks ago cuz i wanted to get better shape and loose some weight, i only use 15lbs each arm but i put them up 50 times, then the 2nd time i put them up 100 times, ever since my elbows have been poppin really loud sometimes when i stretch them is this normal?

I would only recommend that you see a Dr. before you continue working out. You can do serious damage if you keep working out and there is a bigger problem.

Just about everything on my body pops..doesn't mean it's ok though, I'd check with a doc. My doc says I'll get artheritis(sp?) sooner than later.

Youre lifting it 150 times and then it starts popping? Hmm.. I think you need to see a girlfriend more than a doctor :whistle:

Yea same as me cept my joints have done that all my life cracking popping crunching, even without lifting any weight they do. Doc said there's nothing that can be done about it and it's fine. Well at least till I'm old then they'll hurt.
Guess I'll find out then.

yea mines dont just crack when i lift just ever since i been lifting... when i stretch my arms out at times of the day they pop... prolly gunna be something bad in the long run but im only 16

everytime i start lifting again my knees pop. than they get used to working out and they stop. if i could have seen my doctor i probably would have though.

My shoulders pop on every rep whenever I do side raises. You should be fine.
