For cardio, I've been doing mostly the elliptical for 30 minutes a day at relatively high intensities. Today I got a jump rope in the and took it with me in the gym. After I jumped on an off for about 15 minutes, I got a mild pain in my right chest. This pain is familiar, I' get it occasionally when running really hard on the treadmill but I don't get it no matter how hard I lift. So it's clear that it's a result of some exertion. What I want to know is whether any of you have gotten it and what does it mean?

Again, it's mild and it feel likes it's lung related. The best way for me to describe it is that it feel like I mildly pulled a small area of my chest.

could very well be what it is. I guess only you can judge wether it is normal discompfort associated with working out, or if its something medical you need to deal with. I personally get weird pains all over my body from time to time while doing intense cardio or weights, but they always go away immediatly. I kinda figure the body does weird shit, and usually it deals with itself.
