How is this done? I feel like I should be able to figure this out, but its really not happening. How do you have a link that says something other than the address it links to? thanks.

Go to your control panel & click "edit signature"

You can then type out what you want your journal name to be

now highlight the text and click the little globe with two chain links on it(it's right under the undo button)

insert the link to your journal in the box that pops up.
