Yesterday, I noticed an odd lump on the side (outside of the knee) of my knee that appears to be fluid. There's no pain or anything, but it's still kind of weird. Should this be checked out or will the body absorb and that will be the end of it? Since it does not hurt, I'm not going to alter my exercise routine, but it is a little weird.
