Awesome progress, man! Wow! :claplow:

You've got some brawn going on under that fat, too. Fantastic job so far and an incredible rate of loss! 44 lbs in 4 months?! Damn! You're going to be shredded to pieces soon. Way to go! :spaz:

Just out of curiosity what is your diet and training like.

For exercise I have a recumbent exercise bike that I ride for 30 minutes at a moderate pace in the mornings 6-7 days a week. burns about 300 calories

Over the last month I've also started walking about 3 miles on my lunch hour when the weather is nice. i do this about 3-4 days a week. burns about 300 calories

I also have one of those chest expander things that is basically a big spring with handles on each end that you crunch together. I do that a few times and some push-ups about 4 times a week.

My diet is usually like this Monday - Thursday.

9:00 egg sandwich (southwest style egg beaters, 1 slice non-fat cheese, 2 slices of toasted low calorie whole wheat bread, black pepper, and "I cant believe its not butter spray) ~200 calories

11:30 Kashi TLC granola bar ~ 150 calories

1:30 Kashi TLC granola bar ~ 150 calories

3:30 12 inch subway style turkey sandwich or a whole rotisserie chicken (no skin). ~ 800-1000 calories

6:00 Kashi TLC granola bar ~ 150 calories

8:00 Turkey burger, 1 slice of nonfat cheese, 2 slices of toasted low calorie whole wheat bread, pickles,non-sugar based bbq sauce, and butter spray. ~ 300 calories

Friday Saturday and Sunday I don't work so I usually end up eating much more. I have steak, kashi cereal, chicken breasts, and I cheat with nachos, tacos, eating out, and other garbage (usually what the family is eating). I usually have one or two weekend days where I eat over 3000 calories. Until my weight loss stops, I'm not going to worry about it. I also drink waaaaay too much diet soda, but It helps curb my appetite.

If I'm hungry I'll eat more. I average about 2000-2300 calories a day for any given week.

Congrats on your progress. I am glad to see I am not the only hairy guy. :tu:

However, your diet and workout stuff, makes me jealous and angry. I lost a lot of weight over the last 1.5 years and my damn BF% has stayed around 30%, even I hardly ever cheat, eat perfect 97% of the time and I weight lift, cardio, etc. Oh well, I guess I am not as lucky. Best of luck on your way to shredville!
