Hey everyone I just wanted to post some progress pics of my cut thus far. Hopefully I can get some input from everyone here, I appreciate all the responses. Anyways, I've been on SGX for almost 12 weeks and I think its working quite well.

I am 18 years old and about 6' 4 and a half inches tall. I've always been skinny but as you can tell by the pics I was skinny fat. My reasoning was to get rid of this excess fat and then proceed with a nice bulk to get some good muscle on me and I believe that time is soon. My starting weight was about 224 and I am now at 193. Thanks a lot for any help. The first picture shows the change from the start of the program (the left picture) and the right shows 2 weeks in. The second set of pics were taken last saturday.

P.S. Lets see who can make the first joke about my hand in my side shot picture haha I did not realize it was like this until my friend pointed out.
