I've been trying different things to lose weight and get into shape. Too many different things. I'm basically completely inconsistent with what kind of exercises I do. Plus I've got two jobs now and don't have the time to do all the research.
It might sound lame but is there anything out there among the 100000s of health plans that's effective, works for most everyone and is easy (not that kind of easy, I mean like I know how to do Pushups and don't want to learn 100 strange kind of movements I've not done before).
Food is probably the easiest part for me. I just need an exercise plan that I can just print out and do every day to every other day and see results as I check off the things from the list (which is something I plan to do to help me be more consistent is keeping an exercise calender).
I mean I've got friends IRL and people online who keep suggesting different things and I've kinda lost my focus.

WiiFit,
No-one is going to do it all for you, unless you pay them. This would be something like SGX. Everything is outlined and explained, but you still have to put in some of your own input to make it work.
Or, you could post up your current meal and workout plans, and have some free critique from us here at JSF.
Good luck. :)

SGX is a solid plan. However, you still have to put in a lot of work (physical). Swole gives you the amounts you need to eat and when you should eat them, he does not provide you with your "exact" meals, however. His services also come with a training guide with specific exercises, sets, and reps.
I'm at the end of the program and have seen really good results, but I also put in a tremendous amount of effort, every day! That's key!
Good luck!

The exercise plan requires you knowing what your goals are.
Otherwise you'll be bombarded with recommendations from Powerlifting to Yoga to HIT to BB'er routines to Bodyweight conditioning et al.
You want an exercise plan you can do "everyday to every other day"?
Try 5BX. (No weights involved....does produce some nice results...I know because when I was younger me and my buddies used to do it).
Some Powerlifting routines lift on almost daily basis....almost.
Some BB'er Split Routines can be sliced up to 5 days a week.
Calisthenics cam be done daily.....although personally I'd still take the weekend off.
So....do you want endurance based exes that require not much (if any) weight and still produce some decent results? Or do you want include "iron" in the mix and yets still do it daily?
Which begs the next question:- are you basically going for tone-up and weightloss...or....are you hoping to put on some formidable muscle as a by-product? :)
