THE CHALLANGE: Lose 40 lb. by July 31st.

DURATION: Thursday, May 1 - Thursday, July 31

THE DEAL: ALL losers MUST post a pic of their midsection (gut) as their avatar or in their sig - YES, that means only ONE winner! :claplow:
If no one does this challange w/ me and I don't meet my goal I'll post my gut pic myself...

REASON: Motivation for healthy and fit lifestyle AND my summer semester ends that day and I'll have the month of August off from school.

NOTES: ANYONE can join at ANYTIME but if you're really serious about losing weight, please have your weight in by Thursday, May 1, 6 AM.

PLEASE UPDATE ONCE A WEEK ON THURSDAYS!
- include your:
starting weight (s)/ current weight (c)/ loss since last week (wl)/ loss since start (sl)/ goal weight (g)

[3 week example:]
Week 1: 303 (s) / 300 (c) / 3 (wl) / 3 (sl) / 263 (g)
Week 2: 303 (s) / 298 (c) / 2 (wl) / 5 (sl) / 263 (g)
Week 3: 303 (s) / 295 (c) / 3 (wl) / 8 (sl) / 263 (g)
...and so on...

Ill join this. Never can have enough challenges.

I will post my weight on May 1st since I'm sure its going to be different. June 15 I plan on starting SGX protocol so hopefully that will help me out :D

I predict my weight will be in the 348-350 range. Was at 359 last Saturday.

No problem. I got to lot to lose myself, been going at it since mid January. Started in November then Mid-December I hit the holiday slump. So far since I have been doing great. Down 56 so far.

Just get your diet in line and hit the :bb: and you will do great.

I wanted to post my status last night but I was stuck at the airport and didn't get back until an hour ago...

I was hoping for more than 2 lbs... I worked out and ate right but my eating schedule was all over the place b/c I did lots of traveling... Now that I'm done, I should be able to pick it up!

Hello there, gentlemen,

Thank you for the challenge.

I've just seen the thread. I'm a bit late so I will not officially join the challenge.

I will however chime in from time to time to compare my current measures with you.

As of today, 9th of May, I have the following parameters ;)
Height: 5 feet 8 inches / 172+ cm
Weight: 222 lbs / 100.8 Kgs
BF %: 31.5% (As indicated by my Omron BF306)

I hope to lose about 3lbs/week. I did better than that last year, but my hopeless and notorious lack of will kept me from better accomplishments.
