Hi all. I just finished 4 weeks of good, healthy cutting. My diet is approximately 2,000 calories/day. I do cardio 3 days/week (2 intense, 1 easy-going) and weight training 3 days/week (all intense).
I started at 91.5kg, and am currently at 86.5kg.
My goal is 10% bodyfat, and I estimate a weight of 74kg to reach it. I estimate my current body fat to be somewhere around 25%. Low 20's perhaps. Any takers on my bodyfat % estimate?
