Hi all. I just finished 4 weeks of good, healthy cutting. My diet is approximately 2,000 calories/day. I do cardio 3 days/week (2 intense, 1 easy-going) and weight training 3 days/week (all intense).
I started at 91.5kg, and am currently at 86.5kg.
My goal is 10% bodyfat, and I estimate a weight of 74kg to reach it. I estimate my current body fat to be somewhere around 25%. Low 20's perhaps. Any takers on my bodyfat % estimate?

Time for an update!
I have not been eating by my perfect plan, but I have yet to do any gorging whatsoever. That is quite an accomplishment for me. I am still progressing, and I am glad I am keeping records besides weight, as my weight is hardly changing. This is when my motivation would normally disappear.
My workouts are as intensive as ever. I have been pulling my weight in the gym for sure. Diet is not as clean as it should be. I am overeating by a couple hundred calories/day. As a result, I am gaining strength with no change in weight. I am satisfied as long as this keeps up!
Weigh in: 85 kg
