Hi im Mike from sweden
a couple of years ago i saw this site and it helpt me lose waight from 115 to 85 kg in 4 months i had agreet sommer but the next yer i was back at 115 kg and since then i am stock at 112 kg i tried several times to lose weight again but somehow i canīt sem to get the same motivation i once had and this realy make me mad so now iam gonna make one more try i know i can do it i done it before so why is it so hard it feals like my mind is working against me
