Welcome. I see you're turning tax day into a future celebration day. That's a great idea!

Thanks guys. Started today and man I could'nt believe how weak I've become. I took it easy and barely got through my workout. Anyway got over the first hurdle and eventually it'll get better. :tucool:

The hardest parts are getting started, and getting through these first few weeks. Be strong and go to the gym, eat the right foods, and get your rest even when you really don't want to. After the next few weeks it should be much, much easier. :)

I made it. Did my leg workout tonight and felt pretty good. warmed up and streched really good before and after. Just had a hard time when I did my abs. Started cramping up really bad to the point were I could'nt get up from the floor. I drank plenty of water so I was'nt dehydrated, I guess I over did it.
Still sore from the other day especially my triceps and chest.Tomorow cardio. thanks for the encouragement GT:claphigh:

You're welcome!

It may be difficult at first, that's normal so don't get discouraged. Do what you can do today, and next time push yourself a little bit more if possible.

Keep it up! :tucool:
