I have been working out for 2 months I wanted to know the fastest way to build arm size. My back legs and chest arm developed, but my arm is still small no matter how much I work out. Could someone advise???

By what you said, you probably have the answer. You have been able to grow your large muscle groups but the smaller muscles, those in your arms, are not growing. The obvious answer is that you are overtraining your biceps and triceps. Those larger muscles in your back, legs, etc need a lot of attention and can absorb a lot of reps and a lot of different exercises. Your bis and tris cannot and only need a little attention each week. If you do too much, they will not grow. That is most likely the issue that you are having.

I'd do biceps and triceps twice a week and then I'd only do one exercise of 3 to 4 sets and 8 to 10 reps. An example of this would be:

Monday:
3x10 Standing straight bar curls-bicep
3x10 Rope pull downs using a cable machine-tricep

Thursday or Friday:
3x10 Concentration curls-bicep
3x10 Dumbbell tricep extensions

That's it! Don't do anymore. Use just enough weight to do 10 reps. If you can do more then you are not using enough weight and you need to add weight to your workout. You will build arm muscles with this program.

What exactly do you do in your routine which you've been doing for 2 months?

How old are you?

And the ever-present question ( drum-roll).....What do you eat and is your caloric intake sufficient?

Are you doing deadlifts? Bench Press? Rows?

deadlifts build arms?

Yeah, because they stimulate overall muscle growth. You can do them on a day that you can't do direct arms because of previous arm work.

But deadlifts are more indirect. Rows, pullups and pulldowns are big compounds that hit biceps. Presses and pushups are big compounds that build the triceps.
