I'm really starting to think I need a week off, because I'm a little tired and I'm suffering from headaches. But I'm so used to setting aside the 90 minutes every day to work out. I can't NOT go to the gym, because what would I do instead? I TRIED saying "I will not go to the gym today" and I just found myself getting into my workout clothes and heading out the door in that direction.
I hope I don't need to resort to booking a pedicure, manicure, facial, haircut, and full body waxing.

Well, I haven't had a week off yet, but when I do, since I get up at 5:30 am to workout before going to work, I'll just sleep an hour longer. :)
Or go in to work an hour early so I can leave earlier.

Sleep!! I go to the gym before work, so I can't wait till my week off to actually sleep until 7:30 instead of 6
