Looking over these today, what John wrote in his daily update today really rings true: if you work hard and stay committed to your goal, you will succeed. :tu:

Now that I'm done adventures in bulking (:lol:) I'm looking forward to getting even leaner this time! (so long, skin flap :mad: :lol:)

I just stopped by your journal, too -- I agree with what goonie and J_W are saying there about tracking protein/fat/carb. When you track a day or two post it up and I'll check it out, too. And yes, don't worry about the scale weight over one week; that can be anything from hydration levels, unprocessed food in you, etc.
