I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't find it an answer for it so I thought I'd post a question about it.
Does time of day matter when it comes to working out?
I've read before that running the morning before you woke up was when you should run, and since I take everything literal that's the only time I will do it.
Recently however, (recently being the past 8 months) I haven't ran at all because of the stress of school (lame excuse I know). I've been staying up until 6 in the morning and sometimes even 2 or 3 days at a time.
My question really is though, since I am such an insomniac would it be okay for me to work out sometime late in the night, 2am or 3am, or better yet, would it be okay for me to run that time of night even though I haven't just woken up and have been up for quite a while.
I don't know how clear my question is but if you have an answer for me it would be appreciated. Thank you.
