ive spend all my back workouts using the lateral pulldown, which i am doing 120LBS 8-10 reps for 3 sets. so today i wanted to try doing pullups, so i grabbed the bar and realized i couldnt even do 1 pullup. how can i get better at pullups if i cant do any?

negatives. grip the bar and jump so that you're chins is level with it. then slowly, in a controlled manner let yourself down.

do as many of these as you can, whenever you can.
