My main idol is Christiano Ronaldo's body. I am wondering if I should do muscles mass or muscle toning?

Also, I was thinking if I put on muscle mass and then tone would this give good results or should I just do one type of building?

Compare your overall musculature development to his and you will probably find your answer on a reasonable course of action.

Remember you're comparing your 16 year old body to a grown man who has had an extreme amount of athletic exposure through sport. His body is going to look the part as a result of this.

Place an emphasis on power and strength, and there's a good chance your body will look powerful and strong. Go figure. :)
