Hello these are my before and after pic first left is form last year, i figured id post here cause this is where i first started but i disappeard.
oh and i have gyno so just so you know, and if anyone can throw me some body fat guess id appreciate it

My guesses...
Before - 13%-14%
After - 10%-11%

again...guessing....

But good job! You have built in some nice definition. Especially in your shoulders and traps.

wow thanks usually people say my traps are lacking i do shrugs like a mofo though lol

I'd say before maybe 12-13 and after 8.5-10

The posture is a bit weird, so it's hard to tell. If you strengthened your lower back, that might correct it.

8.5! wow that amazing to hear!
ya my back is like a palm tree being blown by wind (if that makes any sense) i do really do much lower back cause my job has alot of heavy lifting off the ground and i dont want to go into work with a sore lower back

I'm with guava on the 8-10%. :nod: Lookin' pretty ripped there. :tu:

Your front shots don't show your traps too much 'cause you're keeping your shoulders straight-out or pinned back to widen your chest. Practice flexing your traps and rolling your shoulders forward a little in the mirror to see them pop. From the back-shot, they're lookin' strong. :nod:
