Hey guys, quick question. I've been trying to stay with my workouts and been making some progress.
Can someone tell me why I look heavier (not as lean) after running? I can understand after weightlifting. The muscles are inflamed and swollen under fat after lifting but why after running between 2 and 3 miles? I'm 6'4" 239 lbs and low to mid 20s in body fat percentage. The only thing I can think of is that I may be slouching after running because I'm tired and therefore look fatter.
Any thoughts?
