After investing much time and energy into changing my lifestyle for the better, I am stuck at a crossroads and I don't know which way to head here.
Began over 1 year ago with the help of this site, started at 240 lbs, down to about 192 last June. Slowly crept up as my diet changed and lifting was decreased due to a summer job with nightmareish hours. Back in school i started up again and have tweaked my plan recently and this is exactly what I do:
5AM:
1/2C Quaker oats
1C egg whites
1 Grapefruit
A few splenda
Beverly Superpack
630AM: LIFT, 4 day split, 5 exercises each split, usually do 8x3 reps and focus on failure at 6 reps on final set. Drink Xtend Bcaa's during lifting
8AM 2 Scoops Nitrean, 1tsp creatine, 1 banana
CLASS
CLASS Usually have a sugarfree energy drink during this class
11AM 1 chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, and some onions peppers cooked in soy sauce
CLASS
1:30PM Cardio, 45:00 of LISS @ about 150 BPM, drink 1-2 liters of water during this, also do crunches for this
3:30PM 1 can tuna in water, 4 cups frozen green veggies (beans, brussels, brocolli, etc.)
430PM-1130PM WORK as a valet, usually running my ass off up and down stairs. Sometime during work I start to feel the absolute tiredness kick in.
12AM 2 tbsp natty PB, 1 can chicken
I do this everyday with a few slight varitations, and it is wasting me. I'm not getting nearly enough sleep, I know that, but the timinjg just works. I also get extremly hungry during the day. Am I eating enough? As I sit right now I'm about 204 lbs. Any advice?
