So, I'm lifting my warmup set of Incline Barbell Presses off the rack (135 lbs) when I get a slight pop in my elbow. I then have a dull pain in my elbow when I try to press anything. It's been about 4 days now, I skipped any more pressing motion in that workout. I also tried, but stopped on my warmup set, my shoulder presses 2 days later.
It feels fine otherwise. Any pulling motion is fine and there is no pain in normal movments, just pressing.
Any thoughts?
