I know it's early. I have been, in the past only commiting about 75% to my work out and diet. Just this past week i have been commited 95% in my own thoughts and actions towards Fitness; and i have a quick quick question regarding a self observation...

Last week with the extra excersise i had an appetite, which i thought would non the less carry over to this week. Today and yesterday, i have been no where near as hungry as i would usually be, and i am a little bemused. I am trying to cut, i have a journal if you want to look me up " 12 weeks forever and a day" is the title.

Basically, what would be an explanation. Am i lagging from a lack of energy expenditure from the weekend, and is it a carry through. Would i see a return to normal eating by the end of the week.

At the moment i don't count cals

edit: Also, would supplementing Creatine help with my cut ? A am currently taking protein shakes and glutamine.

Are you asking why you're not as hungry as you were last week? There could be many explanations, depending on what you've eaten, how much you've exercised, what your body composition is like, your general health, etc.

It seems like there's not enough data. Are you worried that you're not hungry? Are you not taking in enough calories or enough protein to suit you, or are unmotivated to eat enough?

My appetite certainly waxes and wanes, and when I'm eating clean I don't get the overwhelming hunger that I get when I go from sugary snack to salty, fatty snack, so it could just be a change in your body's response to a less-than-full stomach.

A little more information could be very helpful, here.

Sorry it had taken me a while to get back here to update.

Thats probably around my standard intake... 5'10" 101kg 25% bf

I sorted myself out, i was just used to the high energy need of thursday/friday after a long week of higher intensity work. During the weekend i slowed down, and come monday my basic energy requirements were already met by wat i was eating.

I was looking at fridays food log vs mondays aswell as my own comments in my diary, about how hungry i was feeling. I was just thrown off by my comments.
