What kind of low intensity cardio do you do? Keep the good work! George Tue, March 11th, 2008, 08:30 AM You're definitely making progress. :tu: What are your workouts like? Do you do any leg work? Why so much green tea? Do you drink any water aside from what you add to your shakes? jorgeluke69 Tue, March 11th, 2008, 09:31 AM I do 50 mins of elliptical each morning following this diet for definition. The reason of green tee is because it is a really good diuretic that helps with the retention of liquids.Apart of the water I add to my shakes I drink 3 litres per day. Now I do biseries and triseries, 2 muscles per day and 4 exercises for each one, 4 sets of 12-10 reps each set.On Tuesday I only train legs with 5 exercises. Day 1 --- Pect , Biceps Day 2 --- Legs Day 3 --- Abs (hard exercises for lower abs),10 min hiit Day 4 --- Delts , traps Day 5 --- Back , Triceps Day 6 --- Abs (Hard exercises for upper abs and obliques),10 min hiit Day 7 --- No work Merk Wed, March 12th, 2008, 12:15 PM Lookin' good man, though if I were you I would be trading in some of those ab workouts for squatting routines. That in itself will give a much more proportional look. Abs are made in the kitchen my friend, not in the gym. You want killer abs, you have to eat for them. jorgeluke69 Wed, March 12th, 2008, 01:28 PM "Abs are made in the kitchen my friend, not in the gym" :read: :tucool: jorgeluke69 Mon, April 28th, 2008, 08:37 AM comments?:claphigh: Shamie Mon, April 28th, 2008, 09:09 AM You really did a great job packing on muscle.
