I'm trying to start running realy in the morning, but I read here that if you do AM running that I could lose musle mass by running on an empty stomache. Does anyone have any recomendations to what I should eat before I run , something light enough so it doesn't sicken me a mile into it? Thanks.

cardio in the am before you eat anything actually helps burn fat better...think about it, if you ate something before the run, you would essentially be running to burn off what you just ate. Your body will go to your fat stores for the energy to make the run when it realizes it you havent eaten any food.
