I have been doing this for over a year and a half. I have had great success. I have lost 100 lbs and I have gone from 195 max on bench to 270 lbs max. on bench. My issue now is, well I have fatty deposits under my arms (in the armpit area) and I have loose skin on my stomach. I really want to lean out. I have calculated my BMI and for some reason with this, I am not loosing anymore. I am confused. Now do not get me wrong, I don't have this huge flap of skin just hanging around. I just has this left over fatty tissue that I cannot get rid of. To be honest, It is causing me to regress!! I need some pick me up. I have to get rid of this stuff. What can I do?

No doubt you've made tremendous progress however, if you've hit a wall, it's your diet moreso than your training. As you lose weight, your body doesn't require as much calories so you have to make the adjustment.

First off congratulations with your success, losing 100lbs is no joke
However I don't know if the fatty deposits your talking about can be removed with exercise, as it may just be loose skin
Perhaps you should get a surgeon to evaluate them
To lose as much as you have you probably changed your diet from bad to good. Now to achieve that lean look while retaining muscle mass you've to make the transition from good to great
