Hey everyone! I'm looking for a solid weightlifting plan for fat loss. I've read through the stickies but don't have the equipment for some of the exercises. I also went through bodybuilding.com's beginner workout programs which left me feeling overwhelmed. I'm not brand new to the gym...but it's been a while. Can anyone recommend a program?
Here's my info:
22 y/o
224 lbs (30% b/f)
Goal: 165 lbs (7-8% b/f)
Need a 3 day split
My Equipment:

-Standard Rack and bench with leg attachments
-Rack has lat pulldown/tricep pushdown/pullup attachment
-Standard size weights for dumbbells (140 lbs total)
-Olympic size weights (2-45lbs) (2-35lbs) (2-25lbs) (2-10lbs) (4-5lbs) (2-2.5lbs)
-Random attachments, olympic & standard bar, dumbbell bars, hooks and a few hex dumbbells
I feel like my nutrition and cardio are solid...but I need a good weightlifting plan. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
