Hello. Been a lurker for some time and decided to make an appearance.

I've been cutting fat since August 2007. Back then I was at 190lbs with about 17% BF. Here's a screenshot of where I am recently (http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/206/captureng3.png).

Is it supposed to be this slow? I've been exercising every week - cardio 4 days a week and weight lifting 3 days a week. As for diet, I've been eating as healthy I could, no calorie counting as it's not quite practical for me. No supplements so far. I'm using one of those impedance scales.

I'm definitely starting to see some abs defintion, but it just seems kind of slow to do this for year to lose 6% of body fat doesn't it?

You haven't done it a year, you have nearly 5 months to go. I would check the intensity of your weight program as well as counting calories. Pictures tell more than graphics. Scales can miss %fat, they record weight well, usually. :bb:

As others have pointed out, counting calories is absolutely VITAL if you want to get the kind of results you want. Otherwise it's just shooting in the dark. You might be eating too much, too little, who knows?

If you want everything from nutrition to cardio to weight training and beyond totally laid out for you WITH 1 to 1 consultation, you may wish to look into what I do for a living. All you have to do is execute the protocol, as the approach is sterling and a plethora of members here (as well as Mr. John Stone himself) have utilized my customized protocols w/great success. The key is the customization by me, yes of course, but YOU must do the work as obviously no one else can do that for you.

I presented this as merely another outlet, as I know a lot of people who will put in the work, but have no idea how to start, if it's the correct approach, etc. Just a post as I'm an Official Sponsor here, and have permission to tout my services as you may find it's exactly what you need.

Thx,
~SC~
