This is the first post in my newly created journal to record how I will fare over the next few months not recording the details of what I am eating.
May 1st: 162 lbs, 10% bodyfat.
I am going to stick to this for the next 5 months and I then plan on doing a clean bulk over the winter.
My goal for this phase is to keep my bodyfat at its current level and hopefully put on a small amount of lean mass (although I am more interested in maintaing low bodyfat)

Currently at 162.5 lbs, 10% bf.
So far my diet hasn't been much different from my cutting diet, possibly eating slightly more.
One of the advantages of keeping a food log for a while is that I can now make educated choices about what to eat even though I am no longer actively monitoring it.
Anyway, I'll keep this short and sweet as I am off to the gym in about 15 minutes to get my chest and tris workout in.

Well, 1 week in and I'm at 164 lbs, 10% bf.
I don't think I've put on much, if any fat as my abs look slightly more defined than last week.
My diet this week has not been much different to what I have been consuming for the past 4 months. I have been eating craploads of fruit and veggies and generally keeping to a healthy diet.
I am going to have a pizza later on today as I haven't had anything like that for ages.

Well, that pizza turned into an all out junk fest.
Man, I ate a lot of crap yesterday, pizza, crisps (chips), chocolate you name it I probably ate it yesterday.
I feel a little bloated this morning, up to 166 lbs on the scales.
