Does anyone else have co-workers etc. commenting on how often you take a leak, simply becuase they only go once or twice a day due to extreme dehydration. It gets irritating... I try to drink over a gallon of water a day, so yeah.. I have to go every couple of hours... its healthy... weird rant, but Im sure some of you have noticed the same thing.

Can't say I've heard that one. Most of the comments I get are either "thirsty?" or "yeah, I need to drink more water, too".

Mostly my co-workers just think I'm nuts for eating 3 meals during the work day. Chicken breast and brown rice at 9:30am is hard to explain for some people. They know I drink a lot of water and they know why. No one really notices that I pee all day long :D

I actually go less than I used to. When I was drinking soda and iced tea all day, I went to the bathroom all the time. Now I go much less. Soda and other things just seem to go right through, as is evidenced by my weekly cheat meal when I have a soda - I go to the bathroom several times over the next few hours until it's gone.

Yep, I've basically become desensitized to the comments galore that is my everyday life when I'm on a strict eating plan and drinking plenty of water. You even get the same comments from the same people on different days (usually every day), which is pretty funny. I stopped caring a very long time ago, I just have auto-response lines that come out automatically when asked about it. I like it, it shows I'm doing something extraordinary that is above the baseline level of effort most people make in life.

every couple of hours?! I have to go every half hour after I've reached about 1.5L of water and continue drinking (I usually get in about 4L during work). no one has ever commented on it but they think I'm crazy anyways because of my eating habits :D

I was having lunch with my director today and she asked me if I have a worm:o due to the number of times she sees me eat during the school day. I manage 3 litres and some herbal teas during work and average a pee every hour:)
